About The Position

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking experienced Senior Application Developers to support mission-critical enterprise systems. This role focuses on development, integration, system stability, and modernization using Microsoft technologies and NIEM standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years in full SDLC on Microsoft stack
• 5+ years: .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, WCF, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, OOP
• 2+ years: .NET Core, Web API
• Strong experience with XML/XSD, XSLT, XPath
• 3+ years: NIEM (IEPD lifecycle), ESB migration (SOAP/REST), XML namespace/versioning
• Experience with technical documentation and production support
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and enhance enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues and ensure system stability
• Drive performance, capacity planning, and continuous improvements
• Support enterprise integrations and system migrations
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
