It partners across teams to establish strong ITSM governance and ensures high-quality service delivery through defined service levels, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a trusted partner to OT business stakeholders, the Senior ITIL Analyst collaborates closely with ITSM and ServiceNow platform teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, scalable process designs, measurable success metrics, and sustainable operational solutions.
