The position also requires participation in team meetings, training new team members, and undertaking special projects. Additionally, the role involves reviewing denials and EOBs, informing management of incorrect information, filling out special forms, initiating and managing payer projects, and working with global teams. Meeting productivity and quality goals, and potentially obtaining Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt or higher certification are also part of the role.
