Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving cross-channel growth for mobile apps and developing high-performing creative strategies.
  • You demonstrate strong fluency in app measurement and attribution, including SKAN, MMPs, and incrementality testing methodologies.
  • You turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into stories clients can act on.
  • You build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships with clients in cooperation with the account team.
  • You thrive in an environment where testing, learning, and iterating quickly is the norm

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably, you have previous in-house experience, giving you a first-hand understanding of business goals, product impact, and internal stakeholder dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of business goals and long-term roadmaps (6-12 months), proactively following up on targets and adjusting strategy to ensure we hit the numbers that actually matter to the business
  • Setting the strategic direction across Google, Paid Social, CTV, and programmatic, while leading cross-functional teams (growth, creative and analytics) to ensure execution aligns with the client's broader business objectives
  • Owning client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and guiding partners through complex growth, measurement, and scaling decisions
  • Coaching junior team members to master their channels and teaming up with creatives to test bold hooks
  • Spotting trends early and learning new tools fast to become the trusted partner clients rely on
