About The Position

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyzer Technician position in Freeport (TX). This role provides specialized technical support and solutions for project teams, operations, and maintenance. The position requires understanding and implementing Most Effective Technology, work processes, tools, and industry best practices within their discipline. It demands broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. The Senior Analyzer Technician may act as an informal resource for team members with less experience. This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (“Diamond Infra”) company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company.

Requirements

A minimum of a High School Diploma OR GED equivalent
2 or more years of instrument & electrical experience
5 or more years of experience in performing maintenance or construction in an industrial setting
Day shift -- alternative work schedule (4/10's.)
Availability for weekend call and holdover overtime, call-ins, and plant turnarounds is an expectation of the job.
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Nice To Haves

Analyzer experience is preferred.
Experience with SAP, Word, and Excel is preferred.
A strong instrumentation background is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures inspection and maintenance records are maintained within electronic system.
Ensures, where providing inspections, reviews are completed on time and that drawings and specifications are followed by fabricators, constructors, and maintenance contractors.
Ensures safety in design.
Performs calibration and preventative maintenance of analytical systems.
Evaluates validity of data, interpret results and takes appropriate action.
Follows EH&S and operating discipline management system (ODMS) procedures and practices for work tasks.
