About The Position

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Senior Analytics Lead in Moncton, NB. The Senior Analytics Lead will serve as the Product Owner for Data and Analytics, Midland Transport's data and analytics transformation initiative. This role will lead the roadmap development, drive cross-functional collaboration, and embed Lighthouse into operational processes. The successful candidate will coach and mentor analytics professionals, uphold data governance standards, and contribute to broader analytics strategy.

Requirements

• Product Owner experience for data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Experience in roadmap development.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience embedding new systems/processes into operational workflows.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of data governance standards.
• Contribution to broader analytics strategy.
