We are hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to serve as a senior individual contributor at the center of our analytics and reporting platform efforts. This role is for someone with strong problem-solving ability and judgment who prefers to stay hands-on and own meaningful outcomes rather than manage people. You will deliver immediate analytical value while also helping define how analytics and reporting mature as a long-term capability within the organization.

Requirements

  • Experienced analytics professional with senior or principal-level ownership.
  • Able to operate independently with limited direction.
  • Comfortable designing analytical reports, including decisions around data visualization, information architecture, and user needs.
  • Demonstrated problem framing and decision‑making.
  • Strong analytics or analytics engineering background.
  • Proficiency in a programming language (Python, R, or any professional language) as well as strong SQL and Excel skills when needed.
  • Comfortable determining which tools allow for rapid delivery and quick, accurate turnarounds.
  • Solid mathematical and analytical grounding.
  • Comfort incorporating AI-assisted coding tools into workflow.
  • Friendly, credible, with client-facing experience.
  • Clear and confident communicator with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Known as a trusted problem solver.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing or healthcare data a plus.
  • Experience with front-end development a plus, especially React or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with front-end graphing packages such as Chart.js and Recharts a plus.

  • Operate with Technical Credibility: Collaborate effectively with data scientists and technical teams.
  • Communicate fluently about analytical methods and implications.
  • Apply architectural thinking without needing to formally own platform engineering.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $117,000 - $140,000 plus applicable incentives, depending on experience.
