About The Position

ID.me is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to support our data infrastructure, which includes Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, and GCP services. This role will involve educating the organization on analytical approaches to drive business decisions, researching, designing, and implementing best practices in managing data platforms. The Senior Analytics Engineer will partner with data analysts, engineers, and scientists to build reusable data infrastructure, analytics, dashboards, and models. A key aspect of this role is leading transformational efforts to build a data-driven culture at ID.me by enabling data self-service. Additionally, the position will provide technical guidance, mentorship, coaching, and training to data analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Math, Physics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Analytics Engineer or any occupation related to database architecture.
• Five (5) years of experience with Data Analytics.
• Five (5) years of experience with SQL.
• Three (3) years of experience with Data Warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Bigquery.
• Three (3) years of experience with Building transformational data models in dbt (Data Build Tool) and Snowflake.
• Three (3) years of experience with Implementing best practices in SQL modeling.
• Three (3) years of experience with Automating and integrating code changes and updates in CI/CD frameworks.
• Three (3) years of experience with Developing data architecture and design.
• Three (3) years of experience with Utilizing visualization/reporting tools including Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Successfully passing assigned AI proficiency testing.
