About The Position

This role involves conducting core financial analytical duties, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. A key aspect of the job is preparing expense budgets, capital budgets, detailed revenue plans, and monthly financial reports in coordination with management, business units, and staff. The Senior Analyst will also prepare forecasts, monthly analyses, and projections related to the financial performance of the Company in comparison to established goals. Additionally, the role includes preparing profit and loss statements for new initiatives, analyzing operating results and monthly profit forecasts, identifying challenges, researching potential recommendations, and providing management with a clear understanding of the company’s financial progress. The position also requires developing presentations for senior management and leading projects as assigned, as well as representing the department effectively to senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA required or equivalent work experience
• Two plus years of financial analysis or public accounting experience
