About The Position

The Senior Analyst is part of Citco’s Structured Products team under the Loan Servicing business line, which provides CLO administration, Rated Note Feeders, Collateral Administration, and Investments Accounting services. The role involves analyzing and maintaining complex structures, loan security types, and lifecycle events in support of product administration and reporting. The Senior Analyst oversees daily tasks across the full lifecycle of loan products, maintains a robust control environment, supports client service commitments, and contributes to process improvement, training, and special projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
At least 2 years of experience in financial services, loan administration, and/or loan agency.
Experience with debt product types such as syndicated loans, bilateral loans, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, and letters of credit.
Experience maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operating procedures.
Flexibility and comfort adapting to changing operational requirements and deliverables.
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

Professional accounting or finance designation, such as CFA or CPA.
Knowledge of Sentry PM.
CLO and/or Collateral Administration experience.
Accounting acumen.

Responsibilities

Review credit agreements and other loan documentation to ensure proper setup and processing in the loan system.
Monitor the accurate processing of loan lifecycle activities.
Identify, investigate, and resolve accrual, position, and cash breaks with Loan Servicers and Agents.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance processes.
Monitor client service level agreements and ensure monthly deliverables are completed timely, accurately, and completely.
Maintain standard processes within a robust control environment and continually improve or modify them to support assigned clients.
Support or conduct training for new hires in standard processes, including those without loan product experience.
Assist with management of special projects as needed.
