$72,400 - $155,100Hybrid

About The Position

FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) is a not-for-profit, self-regulatory organization dedicated to protecting investors and ensuring the integrity of America's financial markets. We oversee brokerage firms and their registered representatives, working every day to make sure the markets operate fairly and transparently — so investors can trust the system and the industry can thrive. If you're looking for meaningful, mission-driven work that directly safeguards the financial well-being of everyday Americans, FINRA offers a career where your expertise truly matters. Want a front-row seat to how U.S. markets actually run? As a Senior Analyst in Market Operations, you'll be at the heart of FINRA's trade reporting facilities — monitoring live trading activity, resolving real-time issues, and serving as a trusted point of contact for member firms, exchanges, and regulatory partners. This is a role where your judgment matters from day one: you'll independently handle routine matters while collaborating with experienced colleagues on the more complex, novel challenges that keep the markets running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, direct impact, and being the person people turn to for clear answers, this role is built for you.
