Requirements

  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel communication plans.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, engaging content for various audiences and formats.
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders to translate complex information.
  • Experience in building, managing, and energizing internal influencer networks.
  • Skill in developing onboarding materials, toolkits, and engagement rhythms.
  • Experience in facilitating feedback loops between communities and central teams.
  • Ability to track engagement and participation.
  • Experience supporting OCM workstreams using structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar).
  • Proficiency in conducting stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments.
  • Experience in developing change management deliverables (roadmaps, training summaries, reinforcement plans, resistance management strategies).
  • Ability to measure adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Experience in managing project plans, editorial calendars, and reporting dashboards.
  • Skill in supporting the development and continuous improvement of team templates, playbooks, and processes.
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional partners.
  • Experience contributing to team retrospectives and sharing lessons learned.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans for strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership announcements.
  • Write clear, engaging content for a variety of audiences and formats — including emails, intranet posts, talking points, FAQs, and presentation decks.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate complex information into messages that resonate and inspire action.
  • Maintain a consistent organizational voice and ensure alignment with brand and communication standards.
  • Help build, manage, and energize our internal influencer network — identifying champions across the organization who can amplify key messages at the local level.
  • Develop onboarding materials, toolkits, and engagement rhythms that set network members up for success.
  • Facilitate two-way feedback loops between influencer communities and the central communications team.
  • Track engagement and participation, and identify opportunities to strengthen network reach and impact.
  • Support OCM workstreams across a portfolio of projects, applying structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar) to assess readiness, identify impacts, and design adoption strategies.
