About The Position

This position is based in our Phoenix, AZ Support Office. The Senior Analyst will serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Replenishment Operations team, providing advanced reporting and analytical support to optimize replenishment processes across both enterprise and store levels. This role requires a seasoned reporting analyst with the ability to design and deliver data-driven dashboards that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Minimum of three years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or an analytical role
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Solid understanding of fundamental database structures and concepts
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Proven ability to design, update, and deliver a wide range of reports and visual analytics
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional project teams
Skilled in building effective relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Foundational knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements
Provide end-to-end support for Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), from initial conception through to final delivery and sign-off
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Implement DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs to support business objectives
Optimize Power BI performance and ensure data accuracy
Work with data engineers to understand data architecture, ETL processes, and database structures
Create and maintain semantic models for reporting
Validate data sources and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Strategizes with management team on replenishment reporting system enhancements and aids in developing business requirements for future system enhancements
Perform data validation and quality checks before publishing reports
Maintains integrity of numerous enterprise dashboards
Present insights and recommendations to business leaders
Provide training and support for Power BI users across the organization
Advocates for the value of analytics within the organization
