About The Position

Croud is a global, full-service digital marketing partner that combines data, technology, and creativity to drive business performance and long-term growth for ambitious brands. The Atlanta office is home to skilled digital experts focused on innovation and client success. With a growing team and client portfolio, Croud offers hands-on experience with leading brands across various industries. The Global Analytics team services approximately 40 clients, and this Senior Analyst role will focus on Croud's largest clients, managing relationships, guiding vision and roadmaps for data analysis and leverage to achieve outcomes. This role will involve consulting with clients and internal cross-departmental teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience working in marketing analytics, preferably within agencies.
  • Keen ability to interrogate and analyze data, deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled at storytelling with data and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Deep familiarity with marketing/media metrics and channel measurement.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Comfortable manipulating, modeling, and cleansing data to derive actionable insights and learnings.
  • Proficiency in working with all types of data including web analytics (GA/GA4), media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Understanding of data tracking and collection within media platforms and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform.
  • Experience working with digital advertising teams, adtech, and analytics (both technically and conceptually).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SQL and Python/R.
  • Experience with brand measurement solutions such as brand lift studies, brand tracking, and working with partners such as Kantar, Nielsen, YouGov, etc.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies such as incrementality, geo-split, A/B.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class analysis and actionable insights for clients using an IABI (Insights, Actions, Business Impact) framework.
  • Apply advanced techniques to conduct analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Identify clear next steps, ask the right questions, and guide clients or teams towards viable solutions for ambiguous scenarios.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and analysis according to client roadmaps, managing multiple work streams and prioritizing appropriately.
  • Translate outputs from advanced analysis and data science projects into digestible stories and actionable next steps for clients and channel teams, including presentations, action plans, POVs, and quarterly measurement plans.
  • Interpret vague datasets, isolate trends, extract learnings, and build a narrative around data points to uncover the 'why' behind trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues who have varying levels of data and analysis familiarity, requiring the ability to storytell with data to different audiences.
  • Digest large amounts of data, connect data points with technical, media, or business context, and articulate insights, recommendations, and business impact in various formats.
