Senior Analyst, Sourcing Enablement
About The Position
We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Sourcing Enablement Team within Supply Chain Enablement & Insights at HelloFresh. In this role, you will partner closely with purchasing leaders, using data analytics, project management, and strategic communication to drive high-impact sourcing initiatives and optimize our tooling and processes. To succeed, you should thrive on turning ambiguous datasets into actionable business insights, supporting negotiations, and leading cross-functional alignment. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who can dive into complex details and deliver clear, strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytical capacity (preparing complex reports, presentations, and data visualizations) and/or 1-2 years of management consulting experience
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or other relevant areas of study
- Advanced fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics
- Basic proficiency in SQL required
- Fluent in English

- advanced SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to facilitate high-impact sourcing events and manage data analysis for $100M+ in RFP spend.
- Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop, scale, and maintain decision-critical data products and AI tooling to streamline procurement strategy and process management.
- Execute rapid, ad-hoc spend and cost analytics to identify savings opportunities and support ongoing category initiatives.
- Represent North American team interests in the global rollout of procurement tools, programs, and process enhancements, leading end-to-end adoption by gathering business requirements (BRDs), establishing audit and approval controls, and driving team compliance through training and enforcement mechanisms.
