We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver to join our growing healthcare operations team. This role will turn data from multiple systems into meaningful insights, reports, and solutions that help drive better operational decisions. Ideal experience includes SQL/Sequel, Tableau, data warehouses, Google BigQuery, and aggregating data across multiple platforms. Experience with Athena and Oracle/Cerner is a plus. If you enjoy finding the story behind the numbers, solving problems, and using data to make healthcare operations better, we’d love to hear from you. Your work will directly influence operational strategy, improve patient access, optimize clinic performance, and support data-driven decision-making across our healthcare organization.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• SQL/Sequel
• Tableau
• Data warehouses
• Google BigQuery
• Aggregating data across multiple platforms

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Registered Nurse preferred.
• Experience with Athena

• Ambulatory EHR experience
