About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations supports pipeline visibility, reporting, and performance tracking across IB Legal. This role plays a key part in enabling forecasting, operating cadences, and decision-making across the revenue organization. IB Legal is consolidating multiple legacy businesses into a unified commercial platform, and this role will support building consistent pipeline visibility and reporting across products and channels.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in analytics, sales operations, or business operations
  • Strong Excel / data analysis skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pipeline, forecast, and performance dashboards
  • Support weekly reporting for pipeline and forecast reviews
  • Analyze sales performance trends and highlight key risks
  • Maintain data quality and reporting consistency across systems
  • Support ad hoc analysis for sales and operations teams
