The Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, responsible for the accurate execution and continuous improvement of incentive compensation plans across segments of our global sales and post sales organizations. At ServiceTitan, we view sales compensation as a powerful tool to drive our business outcomes of sustainable growth. You will be instrumental in that process, across the sales comp life cycle - from plan strategy / design to plan execution, analysis and optimization.
