In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Deliver Market-Driven Insights By conducting complex studies and reviewing market survey submissions, you'll ensure compensation strategies are competitive and aligned with local market conditions. Ensure Consistency in Job Evaluation You'll apply and train others on the job evaluation tool, helping maintain internal equity and clarity across roles while supporting peer reviews for quality assurance. Support HR with Expert Guidance You'll advise line HR teams on compensation and benefits processes, resolving moderately complex issues and ensuring consistent program interpretation. Strengthen Compliance and Strategy Through reporting and analysis, you'll help evaluate plan effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to strategic assessments. Enhance Annual HR Processes You'll play a key role in executing and assessing standard processes like merit reviews and benefits enrollment, ensuring smooth and effective delivery. Shape Global Compensation Strategies As a team member in global initiatives, you'll contribute to the development and refinement of compensation and benefits policies that support organizational goals. Empower HR Through Training You'll design and deliver training for managers and HR partners, building capability and confidence in compensation and benefits practices. Drive Innovation Through Market Research By researching external trends and potentially leading initiatives to integrate findings, you'll help evolve internal practices to stay ahead of industry standards.
