The Compensation Senior Analyst supports the compensation function in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of general or specific compensation programs, systems, and initiatives. The Compensation Senior Analyst will mainly focus on providing operational support by managing compensation systems, reporting, and tools. The role will act as subject matter expert (“SME”) across data and reporting needs, project manager for annual compensation processes, supporting and guiding the Compensation team and various other stakeholders to ensure timely & accurate completion.
