About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Analyst to take ownership of our SaaS vendor ecosystem and help us scale with discipline and intention. In this role, you won’t just manage renewals — you’ll shape how we invest in technology, optimize spend, and ensure our platforms deliver maximum business value. You’ll partner across Business Systems, Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and functional leadership to align SaaS strategy with long-term platform roadmaps. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, this is an opportunity to make measurable impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Confidence engaging directly with vendors, functional leaders, and executives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, or related field (OR equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS vendor management, business systems, finance operations, or a related area
  • Deep understanding of SaaS licensing models, subscription management, and contract structures
  • Proven experience leading SaaS renewals and commercial negotiations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a SaaS-heavy or technology-driven organization
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with SaaS/vendor management platforms (Productiv, Ramp, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad, Zip, SAP, or similar)
  • Experience working within Salesforce and/or NetSuite ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key SaaS vendors, acting as the trusted liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Lead performance reviews, roadmap conversations, and escalations
  • Partner with functional leaders to drive adoption, optimization, and platform value realization
  • Own the full SaaS renewal lifecycle — from planning and stakeholder alignment to executive-ready decision support
  • Lead pricing negotiations, contract structuring, and commercial discussions to secure favorable terms
  • Develop data-backed recommendations to renew, consolidate, replace, or exit tools
  • Analyze usage, licensing, and spend data to eliminate shelfware and right-size subscriptions
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate redundant tools and streamline the tech stack
  • Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with negotiated terms
  • Maintain a clean, accurate inventory of contracts, entitlements, pricing, and renewal timelines
  • Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into SaaS spend, utilization trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Deliver insights that inform leadership and executive-level decisions
  • Partner with IT Security and Legal to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and data privacy standards are met

Benefits

  • Flexible paid time off
  • Affordable health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Monthly fitness reimbursement
  • 401(k) matching
  • New-Parent Paid Leave
  • Casual work environments
  • Hybrid and Remote work
