Temporary Associate – Global Governance Operations Position Summary This role provides critical support across Global Governance related to vendor onboarding, troubleshooting pinch points in the onboarding process, assisting cost center managers with setting up payment methods (e.g., PO creation), invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. The associate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and business partners to meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Financial and Payment Support Assist with the processing and tracking of invoices and purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely and accurate payment. Support follow‑up and reconciliation of Legal check payments, including researching discrepancies and coordinating with appropriate partners to resolve issues. Maintain organized documentation related to payments, reconciliations, and supporting records. Vendor Onboarding and Tracking Support the tracking and status reporting of Global Governance vendors completing the onboarding process in Retail Link. Utilize tracking tools, spreadsheets, and other software to monitor vendor progress, develop status reports, and execute data queries as requested. Communicate onboarding status updates to internal stakeholders and escalate issues or delays as appropriate. Project and Information Management Assist in managing project‑related information by documenting, organizing, and updating team shared file locations, trackers, and databases. Ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible to the Global Governance Operations team. Support ad hoc reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks related to ongoing projects and initiatives. Collaboration and Work Management Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to clarify expectations, deadlines, and deliverables. Communicate progress, issues, and key information in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Adapt to changing priorities, feedback, and evolving business needs while maintaining a positive and flexible approach. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with tracking tools and databases. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Experience with invoice processing, vendor management, or administrative support is preferred but not required. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
