About The Position

The Middle Market Demand Generation team sits within the Managed Marketing & Prospect organization in GCS. The team is essential to the U.S. SME Sales & Marketing engine, warming and delivering high-intent leads for sales and driving acquisitions via the digital site experience. The Senior Analyst, Reporting, Measurement & Analytics will play a critical role in understanding and improving the performance of the Middle Market demand-generation engine. The role will oversee reporting and measurement across the full marketing and sales funnel, lead complex analytical deep dives to identify performance drivers and opportunities, and help evolve the team's digital measurement strategy. This role will translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders and business partners, connecting marketing activity to prospect engagement, lead generation, Sales outcomes, and business performance. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, Analytics, Product, channel teams, and other cross-functional partners to establish a comprehensive and actionable view of performance.
