About The Position

Glean is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Relations Manager to own its industry analyst relations program. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this person will lead engagement with research and advisory firms that influence enterprise AI buying decisions, including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research/S&P Global, and emerging firms. The role manages participation in major evaluations, such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape, as well as the day-to-day briefing and inquiry calendar and trusted relationships with analysts. It is a hands-on, highly cross-functional position requiring ownership, organization, and the ability to translate product capabilities into a clear external narrative. The role is hybrid, working four days a week in Glean’s Mountain View or San Francisco office, with occasional travel for in-person analyst meetings, briefings, and industry events. The standard base salary range is $172,000–$198,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; certain roles may also be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
