About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Project Management to provide daily program and product support for Raytheon, U.S. Government clients, and international and domestic initiatives. The role manages all operational and logistical planning for conferences, trade shows, and program meetings, serving as the primary liaison between Raytheon and USG Program Managers. Responsibilities include assessing project issues, developing solutions, monitoring progress, and supporting overall program performance. The position also reviews and analyzes program financials to inform forecasting, manpower planning, and Estimate at Complete recommendations.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Prior Program/Project Management experience
  • Prior experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating content such as presentations and briefs for higher level management
  • Experience with CVENT or similar software
  • Comprehension of reporting and organization of details.
  • Comprehension of Government policies and regulations relative to meetings and events (i.e., FAR).
  • Comprehension of project management principles with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience with schedules, cost control systems, and work breakdown structures.
  • Experience with risk and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all operational and logistical planning for conferences, trade shows, and program meetings, including on‑site support and travel as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Raytheon and USG Program Managers, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project performance by assessing challenges, developing practical solutions, and driving problem resolution independently under changing, high‑pressure conditions.
  • Analyze program financials to support forecasting, manpower planning, and Estimate at Complete recommendations.
  • Support overall program execution by adapting to customer demands, working from Huntsville as required, and completing additional tasks as assigned.
  • Be available to work out of the Huntsville, Alabama offices as required. Possibly up to five (5) days a week depending on customer demands
