Position Summary The Sr. Analyst, Project Management (IC) role, reporting to the Lead Director, Medicaid Standardization will combine high-level project management with detailed administrative and operational tasks. This dual function is an important role in support of implementing standard processes and improving provider data accuracy. Review intakes assigned to you: ensure you have complete and accurate details in order to assess the next steps for the request. Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Takes ownership of special projects or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Lead Director. Lead and manage key strategic projects related to Medicaid standardization initiatives. Use a centralized platform to track project progress. Plan and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items. Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies. Administer leadership and guidance to project team(s), fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance. Install project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience leading and/or supporting projects using lean tools / Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to research and analyze business challenges, articulate requirements, and communicate effectively to business and stakeholders.
  • Extensive powerpoint & presentation development skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in working on projects or process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in using tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Project Management Certification
  • Power BI development skills
