Requirements

Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and engage various audiences.
Ability to identify root causes of project issues and propose practical solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, track expenditures, and escalate critical issues appropriately.
Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all project activities.
Adaptability to changing priorities and organizational demands while maintaining focus on results.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

Manage execution of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and adherence to project milestones.

Identify project requirements, propose solutions, and capitalize on improvement opportunities to enhance outcomes.

Support continuous improvement by adapting to organizational changes and competing demands.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
