The Senior Analyst – Process Improvement – Cox Fleet, Finance Process Center of Excellence (CoE) is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence and M&A integration. This position reports directly to the Manager, Business Process Design and Improvement (BPD&I) – Cox Fleet and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and system integration. This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Cox Fleet process areas. The Cox Fleet scope includes system integration, requires strong accounting knowledge in areas such as Journal Entries, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, and Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory management, and strong project management skills. This position will focus on process centralization, standardization, and optimization across policies, process, data, reporting, systems security, compliance, and financial controls. This role will also support key strategic initiatives and will build a culture of continuous process improvement within the EF&A Cox Fleet functions. This position will also help to meet Cox Automotive’s strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources. The ideal candidate will have continuous process improvement, change management, project management, M&A, governance, and communication experience. Preference will be given to Cox Automotive current team members and employees in supporting roles to this team.
