The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team. RTX is seeking a strong candidate to join the Mobility Payroll and Tax Team as a Senior Analyst, Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our U.S. expatriate payrolls. The Mobility team is a fast paced, high volume, metric driven, highly collaborative cross functional environment, which is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US payroll processing.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position.​ The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of expatriate payroll administration.
  • Experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in excel.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
  • Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
  • Document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
  • Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required.
