We are looking for Senior Analyst New Business Projects to join our team! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years of related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5+ years).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
  • A valid "G" class Ontario driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of pipeline construction, customer attachment processes, project management, and pricing models is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of New Business projects from initial inquiry through design, construction handoff, and post-installation support.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Define project scope and develop designs, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the customer attachment lifecycle, ensuring coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Field Construction to plan, schedule, and execute projects, monitoring performance against timelines and financial targets.
  • Manage financial and operational performance, including cost estimating, invoicing, capital tracking, variance analysis, and input into forecasting and capital planning.
