About The Position

This role is within the Material Management team, which is responsible for inventory audits and maintaining inventory at optimum levels. The team develops procedures to enhance the effectiveness of inventory control programs, coordinates with relevant departments to schedule, audit, and reconcile periodic physical inventories, and oversees incoming shipments of merchandise to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The Senior Analyst will support and direct the scheduling portion of materials, specifically managing the SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning) process from the MFG level. This includes developing operational plans for finished goods, adhering to DOS (Days of Supply) and financial guidelines, and achieving key metrics on Availability, Backorders, and Cost. The role also involves reconciling with the FDC (Factory Distribution Center) for all finished goods product, tracking production, and ensuring year-end inventory accuracy. The Senior Analyst will guide cross-functional team leaders through production issues and crisis mitigation, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, Labor Cost Per Unit (LCPU) reduction, and system-wide innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 6+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team

  • SAP Mastery ~ : Advanced ability to navigate and configure MRP/ERP systems
  • Strong understanding Excel, Google Suites sheets, Macros capability a plus
  • World Class Manufacturing (WCM) knowledge focus on Logistics (LCS)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver achievable schedules to operations, monitor daily targets (Assy Yield, Actualization, Availability, Backorders, Operational plan tracking).
  • Proactively manage short and long term planning horizons, to meet the needs of our trade partners and our suppliers signals within SAP.
  • Manage and develop operational planning to apply to the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and operational plan) for all finished good assy lines. Which may include line rate balancing, overtime, downdays to control DOS, and the delivery to trade partners.
  • Champion the adoption of digital manufacturing tools, AI-driven predictive analytics, and automated tracking systems to streamline scheduling, minimize downtime, and modernize legacy processes.
  • Drive improvements across the department using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and tools, specifically leveraging data and systems automation to scale successful initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, integrity, and excellence. Embedment of data-driven decision-making into daily routines.
