About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the B2B Marketing Operations team. This is a high-impact, "connective tissue" role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Analytics. You will be responsible for the "engine room" of our marketing organization—focusing on cross-team project management, performance forecasting, and operational planning. The ideal candidate is a hybrid: part project manager, part analytical powerhouse, and part business strategist. You are as comfortable building a complex SQL query or a forecasting model as you are leading a cross-functional meeting to align different teams on a shared roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, management consulting, tech/SaaS, or an analytical marketing role.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) and a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with many stakeholders. You can "manage up" to senior leaders and "manage across" to technical partners.
  • You don't just report numbers; you explain the "why" behind them.
  • You have a "zero-defect" mentality when it comes to data accuracy.
  • A "get stuff done" attitude. You thrive in ambiguity and can pivot quickly when business priorities shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with R or Python is a plus
  • An understanding of B2B marketing nuances (long sales cycles, lead scoring, account-based marketing) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deep-dive into marketing performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. You will translate complex datasets into actionable narratives for senior leadership.
  • Own the B2B marketing forecasting process. You will partner with Finance and Marketing leadership to set targets, model "what-if" scenarios, and ensure our investments are optimized for high-LTV growth.
  • Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting frameworks (SQL/Looker) that the Marketing team uses to run the business daily.
  • Identify "friction points" in how our teams work together and design new workflows, cadences, and tools to improve speed-to-market and execution quality.
  • Help define the annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring that our roadmap is perfectly aligned with our business goals.
