About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to join the Investment Decisioning team within the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Domain, a group dedicated to building and deploying technologies that drive automation, digitization, and efficiency across our servicing ecosystem. Our mission is to create a future state where digital interactions replace paper, client experiences are streamlined and automated, and associates focus on high-value work. You will also contribute to defining future-state processes, identifying pain points, and crafting actionable recommendations. Deliverables often include executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps. Why this role? Exposure to strategic technology investments that shape the future of our servicing ecosystem. Opportunities to work closely with senior leaders and influence enterprise-level decisions. Hands-on experience with strategy, finance, and technology initiatives, building a strong foundation for future career growth.
