In short, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics – Video, to play a key role in improving media efficiency and driving customer engagement through video advertising. In this role, you’ll analyze and optimize performance across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital video platforms, developing insights and measurement frameworks that guide smarter investment and creative strategies. You’ll partner with marketing, media agencies, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and support full-funnel marketing effectiveness. In long, the Senior Analyst of Marketing Analytics is responsible for: Analyzing performance across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital video channels to identify trends, audience insights, and optimization opportunities. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting that connect media spend and impression delivery to outcomes such as web traffic, lead generation, and sales. Designing and conducting incrementality and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of video campaigns and optimize media mix and frequency strategies. Partnering with marketing, media agencies, and analytics teams to inform planning, targeting, and creative rotation decisions. Presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across marketing and leadership. Serving as a subject matter expert in video marketing analytics, advancing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and test design methodologies within the organization.
