About The Position
The Senior Lease Analyst is responsible to coordinate functions of Lease Administration to include, new lease and amendment abstraction and quality review when needed; critical date execution relating to rent commencement, renewals, extensions, possessions to include lease payment authorizations related thereto; lease database management; company reports; lease review dates; drafting for execution of lease documents and distribution; the implementation of lease requirements, issues management, and dispute resolution. Financial Review of Lease requirements.
