A Brief Overview As a member of the Investment Data & Technology team, the Investment Data Solutions Senior Analyst will be a data professional focusing on the implementation and support of the investment data strategy. As part of this role, this individual will participate in the development of systems and processes for data sourcing, data validation, data mastering and data dissemination. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT on new project initiatives and will play a critical role in the design of the data architecture standards for investment data and technology. What you will do Implement data solutions based on data modeling and data integration standards to support investment data. Assist IT on the development of web forms to support data collection across the department. Implement build out of data quality and validation processes to ensure the accuracy of investment data before loading to downstream systems. Lead the evaluation of business requests to determine requirements, feasibility, and recommend business solutions. Source, transform, and analyze data from systems to make data useful and accessible for consumers. Assist IT to build and maintain orchestration to facilitate data processing. Implement automated workflows to collect, clean, and store data in an organized fashion. Ongoing care and feeding of systems and processes for investment data. Support projects and initiatives that drive the Investment Data Strategy. Assist with the adoption of advanced investment technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Qualifications Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent working experience 5+ years’ experience in the financial or technology industry INCLUDING: 3-5 years’ experience working with operational data stores or an enterprise data warehouse 3-5 years’ experience with data management processes, functions, and methodologies OR Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or equivalent field AND 2+ years’ experience working with operational data stores or an enterprise data warehouse Preferred: Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Experience with BlackRock Solutions Aladdin, Bloomberg, MarkitEDM or other Data Management Platforms Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool Asset Management\Investments industry knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions. Compensation Range: $89,310.00 - $134,870.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in the financial or technology industry INCLUDING:
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with operational data stores or an enterprise data warehouse
  • 3-5 years’ experience with data management processes, functions, and methodologies
  • OR Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or equivalent field AND 2+ years’ experience working with operational data stores or an enterprise data warehouse
  • Ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions.
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage changing priorities
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team
  • Experience with data architecture and data modeling
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau
  • Intermediate SQL/Query Skills
