About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Solutions Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to help drive data-informed decision-making across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building modern analytical solutions, designing intuitive dashboards, and transforming raw data into strategic insights. This position will report to the Director of Data Analytics and will support every department within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, including ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of modern data architecture (Lakehouse, data mesh, ETL/ELT).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity with a drive for understanding complex subjects.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and across corporate functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment, and management of analytics solutions within Microsoft Fabric, including data engineering, Lakehouse modeling, and pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate complex data needs into scalable, high-quality analytical products.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities.
• Implement and maintain robust data governance, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
• Optimize data models for performance, usability, and self-service adoption across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
