Senior Data Analyst, Carrier Solutions
About The Position
Beam is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who exemplifies a passion for data analysis, driving strategy, and building data solutions. Data is one of our largest assets at Beam, and this role is crucial in delivering valuable insights and data products that will empower the organization. This person will work with both business and technical stakeholders to better understand our business challenges and become a subject matter expert in our data to produce the most beneficial recommendations. This role will be cross functional in nature, working with stakeholders across and external to Beam on projects ranging from financial reporting, scenario analysis, and carrier solutions. You love to analyze large data sets and glean insights to deliver to stakeholders autonomously in a fast-paced environment Building complex data models to transform data using dbt is what you enjoy. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to consult on business challenges and make business recommendations Displaying a high level of business acumen and strong communication skills to deliver effectively to all levels of the organization You are tenacious in learning our business’s opportunities and becoming a subject matter expert
