About The Position

The Senior Analyst, HR Services provides multi-step operational and transactional support to the HR community in the day-to-day administration of HR objectives, policies, and procedures. The role regularly interfaces with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization. It owns employee and organizational changes, handles escalations and complex multi-step transactions within HR Solutions, and supports service delivery and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Six or more years of strong HR operations experience or experience in an HR specialist area in a matrix organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to identify, quantify, and summarize issues and potential solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, achieve results, and show initiative and creativity.
• Project management experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively interpret and respond to customer issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience assisting HR Technology in evaluating and implementing potential system changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support and ownership of employee and organizational changes.
• Handle escalations and more complicated, multi-step transactions within HR Solutions.
• Coach and mentor peers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to resolve employee and operational issues when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Conduct routine data and system audits.
• Develop innovative solutions for process improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
