Position Summary: The Senior Analyst supports the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) Regulatory Reporting team by preparing and submitting required reports to state regulatory agencies. This role manages a portfolio of recurring regulatory reports and works closely with business partners to collect, validate, and submit accurate information on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare, insurance, legal, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
2–5 years of experience managing projects, processes, or multiple competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them clearly to others.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Experience managing multiple deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory functions involving interaction with regulatory agencies.
1–3 years of experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports.
Healthcare insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned regulatory reports for one or more states or regulatory areas.
Coordinate with business partners to gather required data and information.
Communicate reporting requirements, formats, and deadlines to stakeholders.
Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Submit reports to regulatory agencies through required channels, including SERFF, state portals, secure email, or other approved methods.
Track reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and data providers to support regulatory compliance.
