Requirements
- Proven expertise in payroll systems and payroll administration to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, transactional data, and metadata integration.
- Experience with regulatory requirements related to payroll, data privacy, security, and documentation standards.
- Ability to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies to enhance payroll operations and data management efficiency.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support seamless operational workflows.
- Proficiency in utilizing payroll and data management tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
- Option 2: 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
