Summary The Senior Analyst - Global Operations & Pricing will coordinate and monitor 3PL/NVOCC documentation processing/vessel ETA updates to customers, and also support trucker brokerage.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English Required
  • Proficient with PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and other database management systems Required
  • H.S Diploma/G.E.D Required
  • 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience in Transportation and/or Logistics Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 4 - 7 Years of Direct Experience in Transportation, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Logistics Preferred
  • Hazmat Training Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain end to end 3PL documentation workflows, including booking creation, shipper's instructions, and issuance of Original and Seaway Bills of Lading
  • Monitor and track container movements daily across truck drayage, port terminals, and on vessel status for all major steamship lines, ensuring timely updates and visibility for internal teams and customers
  • Communicate vessel schedule changes and documentation updates to clients, providing revised bookings, cut off adjustments, and required shipment information proactively
  • Coordinate and meet urgent documentation cut off deadlines by working closely with outbound logistics teams and customers
  • Manage all customers required documents to ensure accuracy and on time submission
  • Support truck brokerage operations through dispatcher coordinator, appointment scheduling, and drayage related communication
  • Manage outbound bookings with multiple steamship lines, securing space and creating bookings aligned with customer requirements and schedules
  • Arrange and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments between customers and trucking partners
  • Provide timely tracking updates and ensure service alignment with customer expectations
  • Create and process import, export, air/ocean shipment invoices in Genysis/Paycargo Accounting System
  • Assist container sales and special operations projects as applied
