About The Position

As Senior Analyst, FP&A, reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will support FP&A activities for both the General Counsel, Compliance, Risk (GCCR) and People organizations, with a focus on operating expenses, headcount planning, and month end consolidation, while also supporting the financial analysis, tracking, and reporting of business cases and strategic initiatives within these functions. This is a hands-on analytical role, ideal for someone looking to deepen expertise in cost FP&A and enterprise headcount management in a global environment.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis roles
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple inputs
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with headcount and compensation modeling preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for GCCR and People function costs
  • Track and reconcile headcount, compensation, and benefits against plan
  • Analyze cost trends, drivers, and risks, escalating issues as needed
  • Assist with annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and workforce planning
  • Maintain detailed Opex and headcount models
  • Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure consistency between financial and workforce data
  • Support the development and analysis of business cases for GCCR and People initiatives such as operating model changes, system implementations, and organizational investments
  • Assist in tracking performance against approved business cases, including costs, timing, and key assumptions
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders (HR, GCCR, CFO, IT, etc) to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment
  • Help ensure business cases are reflected consistently in budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Prepare monthly cost reporting packages with clear variance explanations
  • Support consolidation of cost, headcount and initiative spend across supported functions
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity across reporting outputs
  • Continuously improve FP&A templates, models, and reporting processes
  • Support development of dashboards and standardized reporting
  • Document assumptions and methodologies to support repeatable, scalable processes
