About The Position

The Senior Analyst – Financial Wellbeing Programs and Platforms manages the day-to-day administration, analysis, strategic support and ensures compliance of the Company’s financial wellbeing benefit programs, platforms, and education benefits including the 401(k), tuition reimbursement, College Coach, the PVH College Scholarship program, Identity Theft and the Total Rewards portal. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing plan data, supporting plan audits and required testing, and acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role requires strong technical skills and works closely with ADP and Workday integrations, payroll and plan funding. Strong Excel, data analysis, HRIS proficiency, and understanding of retirement plan systems/recordkeepers a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a Corporate Benefits environment with emphasis on benefits administration experience, preferably in work/life and financial wellbeing field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Skills: Strong PC skills and familiarity with Workday and ADP payroll and benefit integrations: Excel (Pivot tables and Macros a plus), Word, Access, Workday knowledge required, experience and knowledge with HR/Benefit platforms preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and adherence to deadlines, ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Excellent customer/consulting service skills. Must also be comfortable with presenting to groups and displaying professionalism with associates and outside vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing and auditing of the payroll contribution files (weekly and bi-weekly) for the 401(k)_savings plans, (US AIP, PR AIP and the SSP) and ensuring that participant and company contributions are funded to the plan trustee in accordance with IRS funding deadline requirements and auditing standards. This task involves interfacing with Workday, the plan’s recordkeeping systems, and the Treasury area. Additionally, the Analyst must have the ability to audit the payroll and demographic integrations and ascertain reasonableness of the files, ensuring eligible associates are reported correctly, contributions are calculated correctly for participants who are reaching their maximum contribution levels, ensuring that contribution totals on file match payroll totals, verifying catch-up contribution totals. The Sr. Analyst must possess the ability to resolve any issues quickly to maintain a tight turnaround schedule to fund employee and employer contributions.
  • Responsible for performing regular 401(k) trust reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy.
  • Review of weekly “feedback file” from plan vendor and ensure thorough audit of the records and timely and accurate upload of the data into Workday of contribution changes, new loan payment set-ups and payment stops.
  • Provides day-day administration of the Company’s financial wellbeing programs and platforms. This includes but is not limited to the PVH identity theft and education programs (tuition reimbursement, college scholarship and College Coach). This includes ability to manage projects in a time-sensitive, global environment at local times with respect to the global scholarship program and working with global Total Rewards/HR partners.
  • Key role in the review and implementation of new vendors and financial wellbeing programs or changes to programs, including but not limited to working with HR Systems and IT and Payroll/ADP on system and integration set-ups and updates as necessary, policy development, associate communications and Workday configuration.
  • Collaborates with the Manager and the Total Rewards team members in H&W and Compensation on the design, configuration and content updates to the Total Rewards Portal and Statement as it relates to plan updates, new programs, legislative changes and annual open enrollment program updates.
  • Provides support to Human Resources Representatives on associate issues pertaining to the financial well-being programs and platforms and education benefits.
  • Provides support to Human Resources Representatives on issues pertaining to the AIP as well as handling inquiries from active associates and former AIP participants on various issues pertaining to the plan.
  • Recommends new procedures to improve and streamline current processes for wellbeing plans as necessary.
  • Works closely with the Manager to review and update plan communications and initiatives to promote programs. This includes overall benefit plan communications like new orientation, new hire guides, benefit marketing materials and the BRGs, as necessary.
