About the Role: The Senior Compensation Analyst, Programs & Practices , plays a key role in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring competitive and equitable compensation strategies across the organization, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions. The role involves supporting compensation reviews, market analysis, and compensation surveys, while collaborating with HR business partners and Talent Acquisition to align pay practices with business objectives. A strong focus will be placed on driving continuous improvement and providing guidance on best practices to enhance compensation programs across the company.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, ideally with global experience
  • Experience working for multinational organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and recognize when a blocking issue needs attention.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to use good judgement and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Curious and a Self-Starter
  • General exposure to Human Resources Information Systems

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and management of compensation programs
  • Manage and/or lead projects ensuring goals and timelines are met
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive payouts.
  • Prepare compensation planning tools, reports, and communications for the annual compensation review process
  • Monitor compliance and consistency in compensation decisions across departments
  • Model costing for merit increases with a global lens
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, salary benchmarking, and evaluate job roles ensuring that compensation structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards, internal equity, and organizational goals.
  • Assist with the accurate and timely submission of market surveys and interpreting survey results
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation processes to ensure fair and equitable salary structures.
  • Train HR business partners, managers, and other stakeholders on compensation policies, programs, and processes.
  • Take on and manage ad-hoc requests and projects, delivering timely solutions to address emerging business needs
