Our responsibility is to build the financial story that informs management, investors and others about the company’s financial performance and key drivers of the business. Key responsibilities include the preparation and support of the earnings press release, Results of Operations section of Management Discussion & Analysis and CFO script for the quarterly earnings call.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of experience, including in financial planning & analysis, corporate accounting/reporting, external reporting, and/or public accounting. Experience working in a public company, or public accounting, required.
  • Education: Minimum four-year degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Skills: General knowledge of or experience with SEC filings and reporting/disclosure requirements a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical/critical thinking skills, detail oriented Strong financial acumen Proactive and self-motivated individual who challenges the status-quo. Action oriented.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Oracle Hyperion Essbase and/or SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Able to work independently and multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills
  • Able to identify “big picture” narrative and present complex details in a simplified manner

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Workiva or similar tool is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and support of quarterly earnings release, including the release discussion and non-GAAP disclosures, and preparing financial tables and reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation and support of the CFO’s pre-prepared remarks for the quarterly earnings conference call with investors and analysts.
  • Preparation and support of Results of Operations section of Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) included in 10-Q and 10-K filings.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent financial messaging across various external communications, including CEO earnings script, annual report, proxy, 10-K, and other financial presentations.
  • Collaborate with the broader FP&A team on Board of Directors and ELT communications to ensure consistent financial messaging.
  • Perform proactive and strategic benchmarking against peer set and other analysis to identify areas of opportunity and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support consistent financial processes globally through development of the financial calendar and drafting of global financial processes and policies.
  • Support external reporting processes as needed.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
