About The Position

Teton Ridge is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing financial performance against key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to leadership to support critical business decisions. The Senior Analyst will serve as a trusted analytical resource, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
Ability to understand business operations, drivers, and strategic priorities across different departments
Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to management and cross-functional partners
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles

Nice To Haves

Pursuit of or completion of a relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus

Responsibilities

Supporting the development of long-term financial plans aligned with company goals and objectives
Assisting in the annual budgeting process, including revenue and expense forecasting
Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate potential business strategies and investments
Tracking financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and analyzing root causes
Preparing financial reports and presentations for management, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conducting analysis of business trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to support decision-making
Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights
Supporting the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting
Contributing to a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision making within the team
Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support key business initiatives, including new product launches, investments, and cost optimization efforts
Assisting with scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess potential risks and opportunities
