About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Finance of Americas Head Quarter ("AHQ"), plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and performance management processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ. This position is responsible for independently performing financial and operational analysis, identifying business risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to management. The Senior Analyst serves as a key business partner to subsidiary finance teams and operational leaders by supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights, performance monitoring, and forecasting activities. The role also contributes to the enhancement of financial reporting processes and business planning initiatives while supporting special projects and corporate initiatives under the direction of his or her supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Required
  • 3 - 5 years of direct experience in Finance, Accounting
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation with the ability to work independently in ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and proactive identification of control, compliance, and operational enhancement opportunities
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly AHQ business performance reports, including financial results, operational metrics, variance analysis, and key business highlights.
  • Perform detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends, business risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance of subsidiary companies and provide recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cash flow.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, business cases, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Act as a business partner to subsidiary finance teams and management by providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and proactively identify emerging issues requiring management attention.
  • Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams and cross-functional departments to collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational information.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial review processes and assist subsidiaries in resolving financial reporting issues as needed.
  • Develop and standardize financial reporting templates, dashboards, and reporting channels to improve reporting efficiency and transparency.
  • Support management in tracking and resolving key business issues, action items, and operational challenges across subsidiary companies.
  • Travel domestic and international up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned
