About The Position

This role will be located at our Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor, MI. The Whirlpool Operations Technology Sr. Analyst is responsible for the digital transformation of Whirlpool’s operations. You will design, optimize, and maintain the technology of the network of preferred partners and external business partners. You will translate complex workflows into technical requirements that improve processes and efficiencies, and reduce cost.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Field Service
  • 2+ years of experience administering the Salesforce platform

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to create clear, impactful reports for stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Whirlpool Operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements, formulate functional solutions, and manage product implementations
  • Convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with internal operations, external vendors, and strategic partners to refine requirements, architect technical solutions, and facilitate product delivery
  • Engage with developers, business teams, and key stakeholders to drive testing and validation for new features, system updates, and integrations
  • Deliver continuous enablement and support to stakeholders and end-users to maximize the value and efficiency of technology solutions
  • Evaluate solution performance regularly, recommending enhancements to optimize results
  • Support data validation, reporting needs, and comprehensive process documentation
  • Take full ownership and accountability for project progress, individual work output, quality, and the timely delivery of system integrations
  • Stay current with emerging industry trends and best practices in business analysis and field service technology
