Requirements

Proven expertise in facility operations, including adherence to safety standards and hazardous materials guidelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in performance improvement, coaching, and mentoring associates to enhance team productivity.
Proficiency in procurement processes and managing vendor relationships to ensure compliance and service quality.
Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting to support budget management and operational decisions.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and maintaining confidentiality in all business practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

Ensure work areas are secured, cleaned, and maintained in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Coordinate merchandise flow by managing distribution from trucks to designated Layout Center areas.
Support buyers and suppliers during merchandise setup and review processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Oversee associate schedules, performance, and training while maintaining confidentiality of personal and payroll information.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with service-level agreements and corporate standards.
Assist in budget management by validating expenditures, reviewing invoices, and monitoring warranty reimbursements.
Provide expert guidance to improve facility operations and support business solutions aligned with customer and company needs.
